General Terms and Conditions of the Hair Extensions Webshop

Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Webshop: the online store in which hair extensions and related products are offered.

Business: the owner of the webshop and seller of the products.

Consumer: the natural person who makes a purchase for private use and is not acting on behalf of a business or profession.

Products: all hair extensions and other items offered through the webshop.

Agreement: the purchase agreement between the consumer and the business.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through our webshop.

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

The business reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of placing the order shall always apply to the agreement.

Article 3 – Offers and Product Information

The business makes every effort to display product information, images, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

The colours of hair extensions may vary slightly from reality due to differences in screens and display settings.

Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer are not binding on the business.

The business reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove products from its range.

Article 4 – Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the consumer has placed an order and received an order confirmation.

The consumer is responsible for correctly entering the information required for delivery.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

The consumer must complete payment using one of the available payment methods.

The order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of an incorrect price display, the business reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 6 – Delivery

The business aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the business's control.

The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.

Delays during shipping caused by the carrier do not automatically entitle the consumer to compensation.

Article 7 – Inspection of the Order

The consumer must inspect the order immediately upon receipt.

Any damage, missing products, or incorrect deliveries must be reported as soon as possible.

Notifications should include the order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

Article 8 – Returns Policy and Hygiene Products

At our webshop, the quality, hygiene, and safety of our customers are our top priorities. Because hair extensions are a personal care product that can come into direct contact with the hair and scalp, we do not accept returns of hair extensions for hygienic reasons. Hair extensions cannot be exchanged or refunded once the order has been delivered.

This policy applies to all hair extensions, regardless of whether the product shows visible signs of use or not. Once an order has left our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee the hygienic quality and safety of the product after it has been returned.

Article 9 – Use of the Products

The consumer is responsible for using and maintaining the hair extensions correctly.

The business will provide usage and maintenance instructions where possible.

Damage caused by incorrect use, improper treatment, incorrect maintenance, or failure to follow instructions is not covered by the warranty.

Article 10 – Liability

The business is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.

The business is only liable for direct damage resulting from a demonstrable failure in the delivery of the product.

The business's liability is limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the product concerned.

Article 11 – Complaints

Customer satisfaction is important to the business, and complaints will be handled carefully.

Complaints may be submitted through customer service.

The consumer should report a complaint as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

The business aims to respond to complaints within a reasonable period.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and other content on the webshop remain the property of the business.

It is not permitted to copy or use any material from the webshop for commercial purposes without written permission.
